Spring Performances at Cresson Elementary

TWO SPRING PERFORMANCES will be given by all the students of the Cresson Dance Program, including the Cresson Dance Company.

When: Tuesday, May 13, at 3 p.m. and Wednesday, May 14, at 7pm

Where: Cresson Elementary School, 412 C St. in Cripple Creek

Students in the Ballet I, Ballet II and Jazz classes will perform Tuesday, along with Cresson Dance Company members. On Wednesday, Creative Movement students also join the others in their annual spring performance at the school. The audience of the Tuesday performance will be mostly children who attend Cresson. Wednesday's performance is open to the public and free of charge.

Other special events in Spring 2008 include two free public performances by the company at the Butte Opera House in Cripple Creek as well as a series of shows at the Butte where members of the senior company will join the Thin Air Theatre Company for Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream
